I have visited crown twice now for glass repair, they’ve always been quick and efficient which is great but what puts them above is their charisma. Every person I’ve dealt with has been charming, polite, and generous with Ubers/courtesy drop off. Twice now I’ve come on a Friday where I was offered food, free glass cleaner and vacuum. It doesn’t hurt all the gentlemen are easy on the eyes. Great work and people skills keep me returning thanks for the new windshield!
This is seriously the best experience I have ever had with anything regarding my car. This is a true novelty, as service in general is lacking everywhere, so a fantastic surprise to have true, honest service.
Adam, Neill and Ali were professional, kind, explained everything and made me feel so comfortable with everything that was going on. They took me in right away to look and then had me in two days later to get it fully fixed. My car was finished and detailed beautifully. Amazing experience from start to finish. I contacted them on Sunday, and they quickly helped me through text with photos and my ICBC info. They arranged pick-up and drop-off, took my car before my 8am shift on Tuesday, and returned it around 3pm—zero impact on my workday.
The windshield quality is excellent, they handled the ICBC claim for me, and even surprised me with a full interior/exterior detailing and a fragrance sachet. They also provide lifetime warranty.

I had a rock chip and crack on my car and called crown auto glass and within an hour they booked me in and worked on the glass, I couldn't be happier with results, glass is polished and looks as if it didn't happen. Ali was the technician that helped me. I highly recommend, with very good rates, dealing with honest hardworking experienced professional not a corporation who up charge and gives subpar service with long waiting times. Highly recommend
If you ever need glass repair done on your car, this is the place to go. They had me in the shop within an hour of calling them. Every employee I met was polite and helpful. They did a wonderful job repairing my windshield. They cleaned it inside and out after the repair . They vacuumed in front of the driver seat and passenger seat and gave the dash a good dusting. Fantastic experience. Needed a windshield replacement due to large crack in it. Crown Glass ordered the replacement windshield and called me when it arrived. They were able to squeeze me in on the weekend. Even though there were vehicles ahead of me, they were able to replace my windshield within 3-4 hours. Pickup same day. I came in looking for an estimate, and quickly received a compelling case to come in same-day for windshield repair. Immediate availability and inventory for replacement, with a fuss free icbc claim. My car is a beater but i had s-class treatment. Great service and communication throughout. The windshield is probably the nicest thing about my car lol.

Had a great experience today. First, timely service to get a windshield replaced on a same-day basis. Second, they serviced and cleaned my wife's vehicle in a first class way. Third, they made sure I was totally satisfied and even drove back to resolve an issue with a missing parking pass. First class service. Love the job they did. These guys go above and beyond.
After a great festival I was exhausted and left a paddle board in my car. Window smashed, paddle board stollen heart broken. Went to speedy glass and they said 7 days til you get it fixed. I called crown and they worked hard to get my window fixed. Jason was alone but made plans to get my window ordered right away. Him and his crew worked tirelessly to get it fixed and went above and beyond. After. The festival my car was dusty like I’d been in the Sahara but they detailed my car like brand new! I’m forever grateful for what they did. Would recommend coming here to all my friends, they really care ❤️

When I arrived to pick up my car up, I didn’t have to wait at all, the receipt and keys were returned to me; there was a complementary glass cleaning spray in the cup holder, and all of the shattered glass was vacuumed, like seriously, my car was spotless. They cleaned the outside and detailed the inside at no extra cost. 🥹
Honestly, Tony and his team were an utter dream to work with and absolute life savers.
