Crown Auto Glass was able to have new glass for my ten year old car within three days at their shop while the other competitors were quoting me anywhere between 7 to 10 days to receive original glass. Repair was very quick and on top of that they offered me an Uber ride from their shop home and back to the shop to when repair was completed.
I enthusiastically recommend everyone to call Crown Glass to help with their broken windshield’s repair - you’ll be very pleased.

I have visited crown twice now for glass repair, they’ve always been quick and efficient which is great but what puts them above is their charisma. Every person I’ve dealt with has been charming, polite, and generous with Ubers/courtesy drop off. Twice now I’ve come on a Friday where I was offered food, free glass cleaner and vacuum. It doesn’t hurt all the gentlemen are easy on the eyes. Great work and people skills keep me returning thanks for the new windshield!

This is seriously the best experience I have ever had with anything regarding my car. This is a true novelty, as service in general is lacking everywhere, so a fantastic surprise to have true, honest service.
Adam, Neill and Ali were professional, kind, explained everything and made me feel so comfortable with everything that was going on. They took me in right away to look and then had me in two days later to get it fully fixed. My car was finished and detailed beautifully. I appreciate all the care and passion they put into their work. I will refer all my friends here 🙌🏼

Amazing experience from start to finish. I contacted them on Sunday, and they quickly helped me through text with photos and my ICBC info. They arranged pick-up and drop-off, took my car before my 8am shift on Tuesday, and returned it around 3pm—zero impact on my workday.
The windshield quality is excellent, they handled the ICBC claim for me, and even surprised me with a full interior/exterior detailing and a fragrance sachet. They also provide lifetime warranty.

I had a rock chip and crack on my car and called crown auto glass and within an hour they booked me in and worked on the glass, I couldn't be happier with results, glass is polished and looks as if it didn't happen. Ali was the technician that helped me. I highly recommend, with very good rates, dealing with honest hardworking experienced professional not a corporation who up charge and gives subpar service with long waiting times. Highly recommend

If you ever need glass repair done on your car, this is the place to go. They had me in the shop within an hour of calling them. Every employee I met was polite and helpful. They did a wonderful job repairing my windshield. They cleaned it inside and out after the repair . They vacuumed in front of the driver seat and passenger seat and gave the dash a good dusting. I highly recommend Crown auto glass in Burnaby. Best service I’ve ever received from any Shop.

I had a broken car window last week and called a few places, including Speedy Glass, but Crown Auto Glass in Burnaby gave me the best price and fastest service. They handled everything through ICBC, so the repair was completely covered and super easy — no stress at all. The team was friendly, quick, and professional. My car was ready the same day, and the new glass looks perfect. Definitely the most affordable and reliable option I’ve found for auto glass repairs and insurance claims!

I had an excellent experience with Crown Auto Glass. I had to leave for a big trip and got my car window smashed the day before. The guys at crown auto went out of their way to get the window I needed and fixed it asap in the morning so I could leave on the trip. Very good service!

Fantastic experience. Needed a windshield replacement due to large crack in it. Crown Glass ordered the replacement windshield and called me when it arrived. They were able to squeeze me in on the weekend. Even though there were vehicles ahead of me, they were able to replace my windshield within 3-4 hours. Pickup same day. Great customer service with constant updates. Speedy service. Highly recommend.

I had a rock hit my windshield and left a chip, so I went to Crown Auto Glass in Burnaby. They were amazing! They fixed the rock chip in about 30 minutes — I was in and out fast. The chip is completely gone, and the glass looks brand new. Super friendly team, great service, and fair prices. Definitely the best auto glass shop in Burnaby for rock chip and windshield repair. I had an amazing experience with Crown Auto Glass Burnaby. My 2019 Honda Civic had its rear glass vandalized, and when I brought it in, I also had a crack on my windshield. The team at Crown Auto Glass replaced both the back glass and the front windshield the same day.
I dropped my car off at 10 AM and picked it up by 5 PM — super convenient. They even covered Uber rides to and from my workplace, which was extremely professional and made the whole process stress-free. On top of that, they reconnected my rain sensors, calibrated my windshield, and even did a full interior and exterior detail on my vehicle.
When I came to pick it up, I honestly didn’t even recognize my car — it looked spotless inside and out. The quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding.

I came in looking for an estimate, and quickly received a compelling case to come in same-day for windshield repair. Immediate availability and inventory for replacement, with a fuss free icbc claim. My car is a beater but i had s-class treatment. Great service and communication throughout. The windshield is probably the nicest thing about my car lol.

Had a great experience today. First, timely service to get a windshield replaced on a same-day basis. Second, they serviced and cleaned my wife's vehicle in a first class way. Third, they made sure I was totally satisfied and even drove back to resolve an issue with a missing parking pass. First class service. Love the job they did. These guys go above and beyond.

After a great festival I was exhausted and left a paddle board in my car. Window smashed, paddle board stollen heart broken. Went to speedy glass and they said 7 days til you get it fixed. I called crown and they worked hard to get my window fixed. Jason was alone but made plans to get my window ordered right away. Him and his crew worked tirelessly to get it fixed and went above and beyond. After. The festival my car was dusty like I’d been in the Sahara but they detailed my car like brand new! I’m forever grateful for what they did. Would recommend coming here to all my friends, they really care ❤️

My car was broken into, the drivers window was completely shattered. I called Crown Glass late on Wednesday afternoon, and by Thursday after work my car was back with me, window repaired, and spotless!
The guys were super easy to communicate with, gave me updates, and responded quickly to all of my questions. They dealt with ICBC, and took my payment over the phone.
When I arrived to pick up my car up, I didn’t have to wait at all, the receipt and keys were returned to me; there was a complementary glass cleaning spray in the cup holder, and all of the shattered glass was vacuumed, like seriously, my car was spotless. They cleaned the outside and detailed the inside at no extra cost. 🥹
Honestly, Tony and his team were an utter dream to work with and absolute life savers.
100/10 would recommend.
